Can you start off on 3 packs and a high protein meal with non starchy veggies and work your way back into doing LL gradually?

It will help wean you off sugary and starchy foods.

branndy you will do it , i also lost a lot b4 xmas and gained a few pound over xmas i have found it very difficult to get back on track , but ive started again today and feel more mentally strong than my previous attempt over the past few weeks , i was also eating loads not even stuff i wanted to eat just because it was there and i could have it , the way im looking at it is start now before i undo all of the good ive done :) be strong you will know when you are ready , youve done it b4 you can do it again x
