Hi,

My name is Rachael and I am new to this forum. My purpose in joining is that I hope it will inspire me to properly begin my diet seriously and also to continue with it.

My current weight is 140pounds and my goal weight is 125 pounds.

Just like everyone else I am longing for my "happy" weight or the weight I enjoyed being in days gone by.
