I've tried these and am not impressed. The only lbs I have lost are the £30.00 for the tablets!!

I have been exercising for around 1 - 1 1/2 hours per day and eating no more than 1000-1100 calories. I thought that as I was doing this, the tablets might just give me an extra push. So far I have put on a few pounds since using the tablets . Can't understand why as with the exercise alone I should have lost a few pounds.

Seems to have loads of good reviews (which is why I bought it) so maybe I am just an unlucky one!
