I have just downloaded the atkins carb counter , does everybody go by these figures or are they slightly out? the reason i ask is that i have added my food into weightloss Resources and the carbs appear to come out a lot lower than the carb counter list?:sigh:

i dont use them Diane1966, im naughty and i guesstamate. ( not recommended) i would go by the atkins site carb counter as it is 'wired' for the diet. have you ordered the book. mininova dot org has it for download

I have found that the carb counters vary greatly as well Diane. The Atkins one being from the US may not have the Fibre taken out.

Thanks Jim, I'm goint to use the WLR as a guide as it's easier for me to keep a track of it .

It's the same as scales isn't it love, they'll all weigh you differently, that's why you should stick to one set only.
