Carbonara question, please help

Was going to make a carbonara tonight but only have quark or 0% greek yoghurt would either of these be ok instead of FF?

Quark was made for carbonara x

Yep, I make mine with 58g quark, 2 eggs and 2 egg yolks whisked together.
