Carbonara using philidelphia light

Can anybody direct me to the recipe for this please x

I tend to do it on a green day using Philly extra light but it works just as well on EE using Philly light.

Measure out your hex portion(s) of Philly, based on the number of people eating, put this in a saucepan. Pour over enough hot water (can be boiling but doesn't need to be) to thin the Philly to a pouring consistency and stir/whisk to blend. Heat through while you cook the veg, pasta and meat. Drain the pasta (and veg if needed), put everything into the pan with the Philly and stir to coat. Serve.
I sometimes add a little Parmesan cheese to make it richer. For EE I add courgette, mushroom, pepper, babycorn, leek and any other veg I can find that will stir fry.

Hope this is what you are looking for.

Thank you x

Extra light Philly is a HexB on the green plan ONLY so in the above recipe you need to syn either the Philly or the bacon so it isn't free.
