carbs in atkins bars?

hiya, do you count carbs or net carbs in atkins bars please? also i have got some leftover cambridge bars which are 15g of carb each would i be able to use them up on atkins? cheers

Just the net carbs but beware they can stall some people. I don't trust them at all!

We'd need a breakdown of the carbs in the cambridge bars. If they have 10g+ polyols you could use them but I personally wouldn't unless the polyol isn't maltitol.
