Well I've just joined the meeting and got all books I could carry/ afford :)

I am excited and nervous! I will be doing lots of reading this eve and getting to it tomorrow (with a full bank hol dedicated to getting my head into it :))

[btw - I'm Carly aged 26 from Carlisle! Weighed in at 20 stone 5 (heaviest EVER) but won't be much longer!]

LUNCH
Cheese & Ham Toastie = 16pp (Bread x 4 thick wholemeal - 12pp, half fat cheese x 40g - 3pp, ham x 3 slices - 1pp)
WW Bar - 2pp
Munch Bunch x2 - 2pp

DINNER
Chicken breast stuffed with Philly and wrapped in bacon with wedges and sauce = 15pp (Chicken breast - 4pp, Philly extra light x 30g - 1pp, back bacon x 4 - 4pp, 200g new potatoes with fry light and herbs - 4pp, heinz light mayo x 1tbsp - 1pp, hp BBQ sauce x 2tbsp - 1pp)
Mini twister lolly - 1pm

SNACKS
2 x WW mini bars - 2pp
2 x WW bars (cinema) - 4pp

Total: 46 PP (used 2x weekly PP)

No exercise today

For those who don't kno I'm a fussy eater and am having hypnosis and trying to introduce 1 fruit/veg/fish at a time... I do look smoothies/soup so when I go shopping I will get fruit/veg to make stuff :) xx

I'm feeling so positive today :) really happy for the first time in a long time! I actually think I can do it! I kno it's only day 2 but this feeling is amazing after 3 years of being stuck in a rut! I kno with u guys I can do it :) thanks for all your support xx

Gammon steak = 6pp
Homemade chips (400g potatoes and fry light) = 8pp
WW Bar = 2pp

DINNER
Chicken skewers (Chicken breast - 4pp, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, thyme etc) = 4pp
Potato Wedges x 400g = 8pp
HP BBQ sauce x 4tbsp = 2pp
WW Bar = 2pp

SNACKS
3 x WW mini bars = 3pp
Munch Bunch x 4 (throughout day) = 4pp
2 x mini twister = 2pp

Total: 44 pp (used 0x weekly PP)

Earned: 6pp (wii fit for 30+ mins - medium - high level)

Had to re-calculate now I have looked at multiples etc so amendments

DAY 1
Toasties = 18pp
Chicken wrapped in bacon etc = total = 11pp

Potato Wedges with Old El Paso Mexican spice [600g pots = 13pp (note to self: 600g potatoes is too much - I was uncomfortably full!), mexican spice full pack = 3pp (also probs don't need full pack!), 40g half fat cheese = 3pp) = 19pp

Malteaser Bummy = 4pp

DINNER
WW Pasta Bolognese Ready Meal = 9pp (won't have this again - I could make better!)
WW Garlic Bread = 5pp (yummy and defo worth this as a little treat with pasta!)
2 x WW Wave icecream (fake vienetta and tasted better and decent portion sizes! - defo wouldn't need too I just fancied em and still have plenty of weeklies so why not?) = 6pp

SNACKS
Curly Wurly = 3pp

Total: 46 pp (used 0x weekly PP)

Weeklies used: 2
Total weeklies used: 10

:) feeling very positive - spent my day shopping and using my marker pen to pp everything (including double-checking multiples :))

WW Fresh Pizza - Spicy Chicken = 12pp (slightly dubious as to whether this will be very nice - and realised I could have a "proper" frozen pizza for not too much more!)
200g potatoes (homemade wedges with fry light and herbs) = 4pp
1tbsp of light mayo = 1pp
Curly Wurly = 3pp

SNACKS
Easter Egg (my sister bought me - cadbury caramel one - ate the egg and given away the little eggs - so not worth the 5pp each!) = 15pp

Total: 46 pp

Weeklies used: 2
Total weeklies used: 12

Going to my friend's for tea and we will be doing some just dance so I am hoping for 30 mins at least :)

Keep up the good work, your are doing great and Im sure you are in for a good loss this week. Think your wi day is Wed, same as me.
Think the Dr Oetker pizza 's are 12 or 14pp.
