Caroline's skinny for Christmas diary

Hi guys. I'm restarting SW today after gaining weight on steroids and inactivity since an operation.
My aim is to lose 2 stone by Christmas. I am focussing on lots of speed foods, and lots more water. I don't eat red meat so pretty much live on fish and chicken and turkey but love veggies and potatoes and eggs!

I weighed in at 12 stone 8 this morning I'm 5 foot 6 tall. I hope to be documenting my food with pics. Please let me know if I go wrong or you spot anything I should be doing better!

Here goes: day 1 X
 
Breakfast: turkey rashers 2 poached eggs beans mushrooms and spinach

Lunch: jacket with 70g of protein cheese (HEA) and 100g reduced Fat coleslaw 4.5 syns. Watercress spinach and tomatoes

Snack ww yoghurt and banana

Dinner KFC chicken made with weetabix (HEB) peas and 1x nimble bread 2.5 syns and BBQ sauce 3 syns

5 pints of water
1 Diet Coke

Total 10 syns

Absolutely stuffed. Not going to bother with pics unless I make something which looks great ha!
 
Day 2

Breakfast overnight oats. Porridge (heb) ww yoghurt with berries

Lunch naked noodle 1.5 syns and a pear

Dinner chicken tikka masala SW meal 1/2 pack uncle bens golden rice 1.5 syns with spinach

50g twix (treat) 12.5 syns

2 cups of tea with milk (hea)
4 pints of water

Total syns 15.5
 
Day 3

Breakfast
Turkey rashers 1 chicken sausage 1/2 syn beans mushrooms spinach wholemeal thin (HEB) flora light 1.5 syns

Lunch half wholemeal thin (2.5) dairylea slices hea)salad leaves

Dinner grilled chicken lettuce onions tomatoes

Snacks white lion bar 10 syns
Onion ring crisps handful 4 syns approx
Milk 1.5 syns
4 pints of water
Cup of tea

20.5 syns

Too many syns today cutting back next couple of days
 
Day 4

Breakfast wholemeal thin HEB flora light (0.5) and dairylea HEa chopped up apple

Lunch turkey subway salad (sweet onion sauce (1.5)

Snack kit Kat (5.5)

Dinner chicken curry mayflower curry sauce (4) mushrooms onions boiled rice

W.w yoghurt and banana later

Syns 11.5
 
Day 5

Chicken sausages x2 (1) egg beans spinach mushrooms tomatoes, ketchup (1)

Lunch
2x toast heb flora light (1/2) 70g protein cheese hea chopped up Apple

Dinner
SW chips 3x small Whitby scampi (4) peas BBQ sauce (1.5)

Ending on 8 syns
 
Day 6

Breakfast 2x nimble toast heb and dairylea hea
Lunch salmon steak new potatoes spinach and cucumber light mayo 1.5 syns

Dinner turkey subway salad with sweet onion sauce 1.5 syns
SW lentil soup
1 chicken nugget stolen 1.5 syns
Kit Kat 5.5
2 SW cup cakes 5

Total 15 syns
 
Day 7
Sp day

Breakfast wholemeal thin flora light (0.5) dairylea hea and b1 Spinach and watercress and tomatoes

Lunch salmon prawns lettuce watercress spinach cucumber tesco French dressing (0.5)

Dinner chicken shish and huge salad 2 syns for oil approx

Syns: kit Kat 5.5
Too many licks of the birthday cake RAW mixture count it as 5 syns and hope for best

Not had my other heb yet but will have something later
 
Day 8


Breakfast wholemeal thin with dairylea spinach and watercress A and B

1 Apple

Turkey subway salad no dressing

Doritos 7.5
Subway most of white cookie 10

Dinner will be eggs SW chips and peas

It's an off plan day today as its my dads birthday. Back on it tomorrow X
 
Yesterday
Well I had cake for breakfast
Then salt and vinegar crisps

Then a medium veg thin and crispy dominos 8 slices reduced fat cheese. And chicken kickers.
Wish I got classic crust though wasn't so nice but this much lower in syns in sure.

New start today. Looking forward to being on plan again! Here's a pic of the cake

Hi Caroline,
I was just noseying at your thread for ideas and was just about to leave when I decided to reply back, I've wrote many threads,posts and replies out and always seem to kill the conversation so I know what it's like getting no feedback or replies.
Well done on your week, I've got a lot more (5 stone) to loose but I'd be happy to have a friend along my journey.
Ive not been good so far this week (I weigh on a Tuesday) so I'm trying sp days for the rest to hopefully pull back and weight gain.
 
Hello! I think it's quite quiet here i get the feeling that people start the diet fill in diaries and fall of the wagon and don't come back (been there)! I mostly just come here to nose and document my food! Do you have a diary here? It's sweet of you to reply! I hope SP works for you. I find if I do one day I put on weight the next day? Weird?!!

As you can see yesterday was a write off haha!
 
Day 10

Brunch 2chicken heck 2 poached eggs beans lots of mushrooms 1 wholemeal toast heb and flora light. (1.5)

No lunch

Snack walkers baked and an apple (5.5)

Dinner Indian
Dry chicken tikka boiled rice huge pile of spinach, popadom (counting 6)

Later yoghurt and fruit

Spread (0.5)
Late lunch/dinner roast chicken new potatoes and SW roast pots with Brussels carrots and peas yum!! Gravy (3)

Naked noodle 1
Huge bowl of berries and ww yoghurt

Jacket potato mozzarella (heA) in plus 50g (7)
Spinach and cucumber and some wafer chicken

Couple of bites of sponge cake I made (tut) counting 6 syns

First of all. Well done with the scales.

I'm loving your diary. Giving me a few idears for my own.

Like you I would like to loose 2. Maybe not before Christmas as my little brother is getting married in November, so I have a hen do and the wedding. Also his birthday and my birthday. But deffinatley want to be there early next year.

Hope you don't mind if I follow you. Hopefully we can inspire each other xx

hello Suzy! Thanks for following! I try to be adventurous but feel like I need to up my free foods and less syns haha! Had a blowout on Saturday and it's my birthday in two weeks so having Friday and Saturday off!
