Thought i'd try & start a food diary, although i probably won't fill it in every day... i love getting ideas from reading other food diaries so here i am :)

Breakfast :
Fresh Bagel 8pp
Flora light 1pp
Philly light 1pp
2 coffee with 6tbsp Elmlea single 4pp

Lunch :
Cheese pot shot 5pp
Roast veg 0pp
17g Tyrrells sweet&salty popcorn 2pp

Dinner :
Warby wrap 4pp
Roast veg & fry light 1pp
Rustic oven chips 7pp
Ketchup 1pp
Salad & light salad cream 1pp
Strawberry Activia 3pp

Munchies :
Brandy 2pp
Dark choc squares x 4 tiny 2pp

(80g big bag oops! I pour it into a small bowl but kept going back for a refill ha!)

Yup i have to have bagels in my life! When my daily points go down i'm planning to switch to nyc bagels 6pp but i like the fresh ones best hehe ;) not seen WW bagels tho!

Mmm, I've never had a fresh one... Maybe they're too american for ireland lol. Oh yeah the WW ones are only 4pp hon so keep your eyes peeled for em ;) xx

Oh dear, well this isn't going very well! I'm really poorly again & spent the weekend in hospital grrr will catch up on posts asap but can't handle looking at the screen 2 long at the mo! Best wishes to everyone

Not bad at all :) really pleased that i had a 100% day :)

I'm trying to go easy on my weeklies to compensate for my days off plan whilst i was in hospital.
I'm on bed rest till tonight but i'm desperate to even just walk round the block & get some air so may just do it as i'm getting cabin fever!
