    I've just cancelled my online membership with SW as I was only using it to record my weight which seemed a bit pointless.

    I've not been quote to good since Xmas, so am now getting right back on track.

    Mon 28.02.11
    Breakfast - Oat so simple HEXB, semi milk HEXA

    Lunch - 2 slices wholemeal HEXB, 3 laughing cow light triangles HEXA

    Dinner
    Free chicken curry

    Snacks
    Apple

    3 small glasses wine
