    I can't sleep, and was reading loads of diaries so I thought it would be good for me to start one too... Every little helps!!
    Tue 4th jan 31/32 pp used-- 3 activity points earned.

    Breakfast

    30g rice crispies -3 pp
    2 apples -0 pp

    Lunch

    None coz I got up so late ( still on holidays!!)

    Dinner

    Chicken breast -3 pp
    Rice -6 pp
    Stock cube - 0 pp
    Onion, carrot & other veg -0 pp

    3 Ferreo Rocher -6 pp
    2 nice biscuits -2 pp

    Anytime
    Half pint low fat milk -4 pp
    2 slices of White bread with flora & jam -7 pp

    Wednesday's food diary.... I didn't eat much, but it wasn't great food so I used up the guts of all my pp for the day!!

    34/32 pp used, 3 activity points earned

    Breakfast

    Rice crispies -3 pp

    Lunch

    3 biscuits -3pp

    Dinner

    Chicken tenders & chips -20pp

    Anytime
    Half pint of milk-4pm
    Fruit gums -4pp

    Thu 6th jan, I'm a bit confused today.... I couldn't find guinness on my WW tracker so looked up it's NI online... And a pint works out as 2 pp... But now WW are saying it's 6 pp!! Confusion!! Going to email them and see why it works out like that!!!

    27/49 weekly extra points left!
