Cauldron falafel and WW crustless pies

Cauldron falafel- are these 0.5 syns each or 1 syn each? I've seen conflicting information.

Also, anyone know how many syns the Weight Watchers 'crustless pies' are? There is one which is mediterranean vegetable and another which is cheese and onion. Despite their lack of pastry, I don't have a good feeling about having eaten them! :cry:

Don't know about the falafel but the ww crustless Mediterranean vegetable quiche is 12.5 syns.

Which of those numbers applies to the green plan? (2 syns, I guess?)

Yeah it would be 2 syns on green and EE. Higher on red because chickpeas are not a free food

Bumping an old thread but wow! I thought these felafel were 0.5 on green got 4 of them for lunch tomorrow and there gis 8 syns!

Good grief, those quiches are high for the size , also confused about the falafel - definitely 1 syn the last time I did SW but I am well out of date... glad I've found this forum!
