cauliflower cheese recipe anyone?

If you make a white sauce with water as normal using 28g butter and 28g flour and 2 knorr chicken stock cubes instead of milk, a teaspoon of dried mustard powder, salt and pepper and add about 250ml of semi milk when the sauce is nearly ready, pour over collies and sprinkle half fat cheddar on top and bake in oven for about 10 mins, you will have a lovely creamy full of flavour sauce but for not many syns. Works well as a lasagne topping too, just make it really thick. If you use the milk and cheese as HEA the sauce is about 3.5syns each if serving 4 people.

I usually use a sachet of Morrison's instant cheese sauce, which is 5 syns and then sprinkle over with parmesan or cheddar. Yum! And worth the syns!
