Hi all! Im Caz, 29yrs and from Northampton.

Okay soooo yesterday I was at work and in the spur of the moment I subscribed for the monthly pass. So to keep up with the "no more excuses" attitude I will go to group tomorrow to get weighed. Alas I cannot commit to a saturday group long term so will join a tuesday group near me.

I also have a mutant cold from hell. So dont feel like eating, so cooking wont happen. So I have just gone and bought some WW ready meals so for the first week I can go through books and websites coming up with meal ideas i can use in the future.

I lost 3 1/2 stones 5 years ago on SW. I reckon I may have put a stone and half + back on. But least its not the entire lot. I did join WW last year but just did not follow through.

But no more excuses and no more buts! So tomorrow will be the 1st day back on track. And will be keeping a diary so i can monitor and reflect on what I am doing.

Recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. And trying to learn ways to manage it. But things could be worse I could be on fire :)

Okay so first weigh in today. Wasn't to bad just have 20lbs to lose til I am back at my lowest weight and then we shall see what happens after that.
I have this mutant cold since Tuesday last week and still not really got an appitite and if I do its just for rubbish food. ButI have planned my meals out for the day. This is what I have planned so far. for my first week I will be living of quick ready meals as I only decided to join on Thursday.

Breakfast - 2 x wholemeal bread = 3pp
2 teaspoons of reduced fat peanut butter 6pp

Lunch - Can of WW Hearty vegtable soup 3pp

Dinner - WW chicken, tomato & Spinach Lasagna 8 pp
Selection of free veg 0

Snacks - 1 x WW jaffa cake roll 2 pp
Cherry Muller light 2pp
Banana, apple, pear
Ryvita minis S & V flavour 3pp
2 x freddo frogs 5 pp

Drinks - Black coffee, water, herbal teas, pepsi max 0pp

Dailies 32/32 pp used so far.

Also my group leader said I had 32 dailies but Esource says I have 31? Will now stick to 31

Feeling good today. Have the ryvita minis and grapes to tuck into tonight :)

I have set my gaol as 12st because thats whereI was when I original lost the weight... when I get to that taregt I will look at moving the goal posts. Just didnt want to think about any major weight loss that may scare me
 
Good idea bout getting to 12 stone and going from there.,I tend to go by losing stones as not so scary that way.Nearly lost my first one,am on week 6 of WW,sounds like you have settled into it really well.
 
Wahoo go you :D Well as you can see I am planning in advance. Cheating this week as have alot of ready meals in. But next week plan to do alot more home cooking.... which could prove more challenging.

I also have to ween myself of sweeteners, Caffiene and wheat..... *facepalm* So will be trying to find WW friendly alternatives as I go along. Cant cut out everything at once other wise I would go nuts.

Trying to stick to 1 coffee a day at the mo...switching to decaf will help.
 
No never a good idea to cut out everything at once,I tend to plan my meals aswell,helps to do that I feel.Do you know what type of meals you are going to cook ?
 
Haven't thought that far ahead yet :( I know I already have diced turkey, chicken breast, Turkey breat, lean mince beef and quorn in the freezer. Have some jars of WW Sauces that I got for as little as 50p. I can use the free from pasta instead of wheat pasta. Its going to be lunches that will drive me mental as I will go insane with only salads no matter how much I try and hazz them up.
 
So verdict on Tuesday diary is pretty good. Though it is TOTM so am feeling ravenous.

Some good food there! I mainly have wraps for lunch right now and ham salad sometimes,do also have some homemade WW soup in the freezer.
