hey i'm on Microgynon and i've followed CD for 11 weeks now on SS, i've lost 34lbs to date with very good losses during the first month so in total its around an average of 3lbs a week. dont think the pill has had any detrimental effect on my losses, the only thing i would say that my loss seems to slow down a little around my time of the month. looking at your stats you should be at goal in no time if you stick to the diet! are you on SS?
