CD AND POWER PLATE EXERCISE?

    Hi just been looking into some exercise machines and i was wondering if anyone had tried power plates or has one at home?

    is this ok to be doing?

    Any thoughts??? thanks

    Lots of people use them and I'm
    Going to start this week

    I've not got one at home but there are a few places near me that have them

    Apparently a day or two after you're in agony, so they must be good!!

    I just need to work out what to wear while using one, lol!

    There's a fairly current thread in here with the title Power Plates (sorry can't link I'm on my phone)

    There's a few of us doing it, though not sure if it is officially allowed.
