Hi!

I'm so glad I've found this forum - I'm currently starting week 5 on SS and finding it challenging from time to time. I'm really pleased with the results to far but have to admit to falling off the wagon slightly in week 3 (meal out for fathers birthday but healthy options chosen) and an unintentional error in week 4 (who knew cough syrup contained so much sugar!) Ooppps!

So, after kicking myself out of ketosis, thanks to consuming my own bodyweight in cough syrup, I'm back on track and feeling a little better. I'm heading back into ketosis.

I'm 5'4, my start weight was 182lb (13.0). So far, I've lost 19.5lb (11.8 and a half). I'm aiming for 140lb (10.0). Nearly half way there!

Week 1 - 9.5
Week 2 - 5.5
Week 3 - 1.5
Week 4 - 2.5

Wow you're doing amazingly well! I love this diet! Don't beat yourself up about the cough syrup, it was an innocent mistake! Keep up the good work. X
