Hi my CDer said I can have max two teaspoons per day with hot water after the first two weeks of SSing and it is definitely delicious when you need the savoury hit.

I think that from week 2 is generally when they say it's fine from, but if it's a toss up between a cup of bouillon or breaking the diet to eat something savoury, then the bouillon is definitely the lesser of 2 evils, in my opinion;)

My CD counsellor allows the savoury or bullion drink from day one, if you ask for it! She doesn't really advertise the "extras" as such!

Again, if its a case of breaking the diet........then have some!

    Its my lifeline.

I buy the Bullion from Tesco, much cheaper

I have had it since day 1 - the Marigold Reduced Salt Bouillon, which is far cheaper than the £6.50 my CDC charges for the CD one.
