CDC Help - Orderline web address - PM please

Hello,

Can an online CDC help please. I need to place an order & I have not done it since I got my new laptop & I am unsure of the orderline web address...I have tried lots of permutations of what I remember but it was just in my favorites!

There isnt its for CDC's to put their orders in... you have to be seen by a cdc so you can diet under supervision
