Celebrity Slim vs Lipotrim

#1
Just thought I'd give you guys my view from my experience (so dont want to offend anyone, just my opinion) on CS and LT (total food replacement)
I was on lipotrim last year and I did really well, I lost 3 stone in 3 months :eek::eek:, but I found it really hard (although I never cheated once) I felt weak and thought of food all the time. 12 months later I have gained 5 stone :cry::cry: it was like once I could finally eat I couldnt stop!!!
So far on Celebrity slim (granted its early days) I am doing great, lots of energy (even training at the gym) only hungry coming up to snack/meal times. I also really enjoy my one healthy meal and snacks, its learned me that I dont really need all those carbs to enjoy food.
So although the weight loss may be slower (but not that much) I personaly prefere cs
Good luck on your journey everyone what ever diet you are on xxx

Im so glad you have found something that works for you!
I did great my first week on cs but the freedom got the better of me!

I'm trying to sort out now how I plan to maintain the weight after I lose it so fingers crossed I won't have to do this again!

Good luck on your journey, sounds like you are really enjoying it! Xx

I'm so lost at the moment!
I lost 8st on LT 2 years ago and have since put back on almost 6 of them!!

I read that only 75% of people actually keep the weight off,
I don't know what to do :/ going away in 4 weeks and tempted to give it a bash for the boost but might do CS on my return.

I just don't know :(
Glad you're doing well Floridagirl keep us posted!!

hey guys
i dont really know a lot abot either of these diets but joined lt 1 week ago. i feel great on it, im not tired or hungry and realise that i hae a long way to go but from reading everybodys posts it obviously works and i also realise that this is probably the easy part as maintaining the weightloss will be so difficult as you have to trust yourself not some shakes to keep you thin and not hungry. but its a challange i cant wait to master.
good luck on your journeys which ever option you choose to. x x x

Hi Florida

Like you I lost 3 stone last year on LT...sad news...its almost all back..ugh! I 'found' food again after 5 months of milkshakes and completely lost control. Thanks for your post, CS sound a little more realistic, going to check it out, thanks for the post.
Maybe someday...sigh!:wave_cry:

I did cambridge which is similar, shakes and a meal, but food got the better of me, and I just STS week on week. I prefer LT as the lack of temptation makes it easier for me. CD did taste better too, but that made me think of food more, lol.

I always enjoy reading a comparrison though
