i didnt think cereal is that bad for you? or is it because it says to have shakes for brekkie?

Porridge is your best bet with a bit of honey and scattering of nuts, seeds. Have not had any yet though.

I love porridge every morning, but after the refeed time. I had it today with golden syrup and dried fruits, it was lovely.
Well, for myself I get far too hungry mid-morning when I eat porridge or any other low sugar cereal in the morning. Much prefer eggs. I think I'm naturally suited to a low GI diet, I don't miss the bloating at all!
