    You should do your refeed for 14 days before introducing cereals really to get the full benefit.

    How come 2 weeks?
    i didnt think cereal is that bad for you? or is it because it says to have shakes for brekkie?

    Cereals are quite high in carbs so your glycogen levels could fill up over quick.

    Porridge is your best bet with a bit of honey and scattering of nuts, seeds. Have not had any yet though.

    I love porridge every morning, but after the refeed time. I had it today with golden syrup and dried fruits, it was lovely.

    Well, for myself I get far too hungry mid-morning when I eat porridge or any other low sugar cereal in the morning. Much prefer eggs. I think I'm naturally suited to a low GI diet, I don't miss the bloating at all!
