Hi All I'm having trouble sticking to the plan at the moment. I started calorie counting and using MFP in July, lost almost 3 stone by new year. Even lost 4 pound over Xmas. But the last few weeks have gone completely off plan and gained 5 pound. Gutted I just think I challenge could spur me on to get back on track as I don't want to undo all my hard work. Maybe a ten week challenge by first week of April. does anyone fancy it?
