So I've set myself a challenge that i've made public at group last night - If I don't lose 2.5lb this week to get my first stone award, i'm doing a fast forward the following week ! So.... needless to say i'm trying extra hard this week for a good loss - anyone got anything that works for them to boost the losses??? i've been slowly losing/gaining/staying the same for weeks now and really want to cross into the "10 stone something zone"........
