    Been doing slim fast but it's just not 100% sticking into my life style as easily as I thought it would lol I've got 4 kids and they want to sit down to dinner/lunch ext with me so if I'm having a day that they are at school and I'm not busy it's working but then the weekends and if I'm busy it just isn't I'm out and about or my toddler asks why I'm not eating lol! So I'm going to mix the two have some replacements and some food but count the calories. Sound like a good plan?

    I'm doing the sane bridgee the slim fast is very anti social in my opinion for example eating out etc so I been mixing the 2 depending on my plans for the day x
