Changed WI Day

I should have got weighted today, but have decided to change my day to a Saturday.

I think a Saturday will be much better for me because for the next few weeks I'm out on the Saturday night and this way I know come Sunday morning I will be back on LT 100% the same as i have done this week.

I can't wait for next Saturday I think I will have to have a sneaky peek on my scales x

Thanks Su I feel so bad but this time of year is a nightmare for parties and functions.
I wonder if anyone else is having the same problem!!!:confused:

yep its party central for me from this weekend on...so on friday nite i will have to stay clear of booze, food & ciggies arrrggggghhhhh,,,maybe i will have a vodka & sparkling water

You might get more space as you post more hun (in other words, i waffle too much on here!! lol)

I won't add any more now until after Xmas, as i am not going to be TFR until January, and i am scared if i set myself goals and am not in the right frame of mind to try and achieve them, i will think "sod it" and just munch away!! lol

You really are doing great Bev.. Keep going hun x x

I'll keep going Sue at the moment slowly but surely, I don't think I have ever been more determined and to be honest I can't wait for Christmas and New year to be over so I can do this 100%. x

What a fantastic attitude!!!.. At least you know that you will have a maximum of 8 weeks (that's allowing for a little put on over Xmas) and you will have lost that last 34lb!!
