myself as well as minimins have been away for a while and during then I noticed that syns have changed for the super rice & patsa & n sauce- does anyone have a list at all?

awww this is fab- thank you so much! The 2 I buy are still free! and hubby has eaten the rice i had in the cupboard!

Are known of the rices free?
