changing my approach this this time!

    hi guys!
    my name is holly and although i have been browsing these forums for months, i havent really been taking part, but i am hoping to start now! :D
    I am changing my approach from 'being on a diet until i lose weight' to 'changing my eating habits for life and being healthy'.
    I am doing that by counting calories and excercising, but still allowing myself the odd treat, and even the odd day where i eat out in restaurants or have a full blown take away....
    this way, when i have something naughty i dont feel that i have 'blown it'...which often results in me giving up for months at a time.
    Hopefully by using this new approach i can get to my target weight and stay there, rather than gaining and losing the same couple of stone over and over again like i have been.....for so many years!....
    Anyway, i just wanted to say hello, and hopefully i can now get to know you guys a bit better as we share this long journey!!! xxx
