Hi, I have been on a points allowance of 19 points and have lost 7lbs :)

Am I right in thinking that I now put myself on 18 points because i've lost half a stone ?...Thanks

You go down a point when you move into a new stone. Dont know what you are, but if you are 9 st now, if you move into 8st, you drop a point. etc.
