Char grilled/Flame Grilled syns?

I'm going a steakhouse on saturday for my mums birthday meal, I plan on having a mixed grill and asking for salad instead of chips, but i wondered, all their meat is flame grilled and always really lean, would the only think i need to syn be the oil they may or may not use cos i'm not sure if they do or not as their meat is never greasy as if its not been in a load of oil.

Mixed grill consists of Steak, Gammon, Lamb cutlet, Chicken Breast (no skin), black pudding (which i don't eat cos i don't like it, same with the mushrooms, tomatoes and onion rings that come with it), fried egg and chips (which i'm going to have salad in place of)

....so am I right in thinking i'll just need to syn some oil? Roughly tbsp do you think?

Whenever I have steak/meat in restaurants I usually just count a couple of syns for any added oil and cut off any fat that's on the meat. Enjoy!

Yeah, though it might just be oil ta :)
