Charan's saying bye to blubber

    Right, decided to start a diary, doubt I have anything particurly interesting to add but this might be a good distraction for me and just somewhere to blurb my guts out when in need.

    I started on the 15th September at 12st 6lbs :eek: at 5ft 2, thats not good. I pretty much stayed in the 10 and half st range for yonks until I met my OH (who is a total foodie and loves cooking) and proceeded to drink and eat my way to two extra stone. Well he finally cracked and proposed and now i got to drop that weight cos I have no intention of being the chubbiest person at my own wedding (everyone in my family and his is a bit of a skinny minny).

    I am intending to keep going on TS till the end of december then easing up a bit. I will be eating on my bday as well..... I'm self indulgent :rolleyes:.

    right done my sums lol I just realised that it is 108 days in total of TS!! :cry:
    OOOONNNN the plus side I'm on day 11 so thats 97 left....easy...right?

    Hi, I find writing a diary keeps me focused so far! I am on day 3 TS 100%.
    Great to find someone who is the same height as me lol but I have a start weight of 15stone :eek: will get to 10 stone and stay there this time :)
    You have a great incentive with your wedding coming up, have you set a date?
    Take it one day at a time.

    hey nursetub!

    yup I figured it would give me something to do! 14th April, but I have to get wedding outfit fitted in January arrrgh!! I know! I keep checking everyones heights LOL. I used to be about 14 stone at my highest weight so the scale going upwards freaked me out.

    How are you finding it? I was ok for the first few days and then three days ago fatigue kicked me in the ass but think it's getting better slowly. I'm trying the soups but have put an order in for bars and shakes to have a bash at those. How long are you planning to TS for?

    I'll think I started reading your diary too, I find it helpful reading other peoples as well. Some members have done so well and it's really motivating to see it's not just you and everyone struggles at times and that there is a light at the end of the tunnel!

    LOL at you checking out heights I've been trying to find the same start weight!! hehe
    I had a few low carb days before starting so it's not as bad as I did CD before. Feel cold and tired but I'm on nights so it's prob that too.
    I find the taste of soups and shakes better that CD although the shake is a bit slimy!! The bars I can just about tolerate half at a time, I might not get them next time just soups and shakes.
    I do enjoy reading the diaries, not only is it an incentive but it passes the time and keeps me occupied :)

    yup minimins voyuerism is me knew hobby!! nights argh I heard coffees good in the vanilla so going to have a go at that fingers crossed!

    ok oh is doing stuff with pastry and cheese....why oh why:cry:!!! this is worth it though, he's considering giving up the booze for a month as its not as much fun without a drinking buddy...i'm going to use the money we save to buy a pony :D

    Day 12 - only 96 to go!

    okey, first Zumba class today with my lovely neighbour. Gona feel the buuuuurn....I haven't done any exercise for a very very long time but hey it's about damn time I started, plus am lucky enough to have someone to go with... hopefully I won't make a total t*t out of myself.... bit worried about next weigh in this thursday, jumped on the scales and they seem er stuck... hmmm fingers crossed, had three coffees with milk yesterday so I think I'll cut back on that and get back on the water properly

    ok zumba kicks arse....bloody tiring but really good work out... :character00115:

    first bit of actual exercise I've done for YEARS... worth it... have to go lie down now

    welcome! youv done amazingly well so far and your wedding is soon! im getting married 31st march in vegas baby! cannae wait!! been together 10 years come the 31st march (our 10yr anniversary aaawwww lol). a wedding is definately theeee best incentive to lose weight and look amazing. im defo here for support with our weddings being soooo close! eeeeeeeeeek!!! xx

    ARRGHHHH weddings!! Congratulations!!! LOL am intending to zumba my way to my wedding.... you've lost so much weight, you will def get to goal soon....go you!!! go dustqueen go dustqueen go dustqueen :party0049:

    on a negative note me scales aint budging...got told off by OH cos weigh in isn't for a few days...however I zumba'd damnit!! I was sweating...no-ones seen me sweat for aeons!!

    really tired and demoralised today, saw a tiny friend of mine today and just thought 'ah crap am never going to get there'. Feelin like a world class chubster. On the plus side tried one of the bars, not bad, will use them for work.

    It'll move hun just give it a few days sometimes exercise or totm play havoc with water/muscle weight :)
