I'm really struggling with ww since christmas back at it properly since yesterday so thought if I done my own Diary it might keep me motiviated.:)
Yesterday 14th February

Breakfast
30g Porridge 3pp
Semi Skimmed milk 2pp
Pear 0pp

Lunch
2 poached eggs 4pp
2 slices nimble 2pp
butter (low fat) 2tsp 1pp
Banana 0pp
Dinner
oven chips 6pp
Fillet steak medallion 6pp
mushrooms onions 0pp

2 Jaffa cakes 2pp

Diary Friday 15th February

Breakfast
2 boiled Eggs 4pp
Banana 0pp
Total pp Breakfast 4pp
Lunch
Ham 1pp cheese (1 slice low low) 1pp
pineapple, tomatoe and onion 0pp
2 slices of bread 4pp toasted
2 plums 0pp

Dinner
2 chicken burgers (birdeye) 6pp

BUT heading out tonight will try and control my alcohol intake :) (no promises) and try and not get a chinese on way home

Good luck on the alcohol front!! It's the route of all evil for me! Once I've had a few glasses of red before I know it a bag of kettle chips have appeared in my hands ;-) x
 
Was very good 2nite only had 4 bottles of Coors 16pp no Chinese had 2 slices of toast n spread 6pp n crisps 4pp n 1 ww biscuit 1pp

1 gammon Steak 2pp pasta 4 pp mushrooms onions 1tbsp light mayo 1pp total 7 pp

2 ww bars 4pp
Special K moments bar 3pp

Could kick myself after eating 1 battered sausage and 10 chips not sure what pp ill say 25??

Weigh in 2moro evening could kick myself for eating so much crap 2nite I just can't seem get rid of the hunger will walk on my lunch hr 2moro c if I can burn some if this off!!

You shouldn't be hungry....are you eating enough free foods. Like add a banana to breakie, extra salad stuff to lunch and another piece of fruit and extra veg with dinner. Have a look around some of the other diaries for ideas. Must say I'm very rarely hungry unless I'm coming up to totm

Sorry read that back and it sounds extremely condescending! It takes a while to get into the swing of ww I think, when you've been at it as long as I have it becomes second nature lol. I bet you'll be surprised at weigh-in and will have a great loss!!
 
Yeah I think I'm goin 2 have 2 bulk up on the fruit n veg n stop constantly thinking about food once I get a few weeks over ill b well in2 it. I never heard tell of the simply filling plan a girl at wrk after showing me it must ask my leader about it wud be interested in doing a few days of that plan each week
