B - 2 x Alpen Light (HexB)

L - Crab Stick and Boiled Egg Salad with Cucumber, Tomatoes, Grapes, 2 Light Babybel (HexA)
Mullerlight

D - Jacket Potato (HexB) 227g with A Tin of Tuna, with 2 tablespoons of salad cream light (2 syns), beetroot and my other remaining light babybel from my (HexA)

Snax - Nectarine, Grapes, Banana

Milk - 350ml Skimmed For Tea

Syns - Sugar 6 syns and a Kit Kat 5.5 Syns

L - Brown Rice with Peppers, Chilli, Garlic, Green Beans and Prawns (175g) (HexB)

D - Pasta with SW Ariabetta Sauce from SW Sauces Cookbook with 28g Parmesan (HexA)

Snax - Grapes, Banana, Mullerlite, Nectarine

Sunday 19th

B - Alpen 28g (HexB) with Milk (HexA) and Pomegrante seeds and banana.

L - Roast Chicken with Mash, Broccoli, Mushy Peas, green beansand gravy. (Must find out syns of mushy peas - found 6 syns) check my potato is same weight for my HexB and also gravy will be made with no fat just a stock cube !

D - SW Quiche with Cottage cheese, beetroot and cucumber (HexA for Cheese)

S - Grapes, Mullerlite
