Cheat Days?

Hi I was wanting to know your opinions on cheat days - are they helpful? Do you find it hard to get back on the diet after one? How often do you have them?
 
i read once that cheat days can kick start your weightloss again problem is getting back on a diet after it.
 
I think it would be a good idea every now and again but not sure how easy it would be to start up again - that's my main concern!
