Cheat meal

I’m currently doing step 2 on day 46 and lost 2 stone 4lbs so far ☺️
It’s our 12 year anniversary today so we are going out for a meal and I’m planning a total cheat meal which will definitely knock me out of ketosis.
This is the first thing I’ve had off plan in the almost 7 weeks since starting CWP.
I’m wondering how long do you guys think it’ll take me to get back into ketosis and should I switch to sole source to speed the process up?
