Cheb...The list is growing!

    Day .....wait for it......6 WHOOPEEEEEEE!!!!

    Here we are then, back in the lovely warm family of Minimins Land!

    Been away far too long and put all but 6lbs of my 6stone loss back on! Stupid, stupid me! I can hear myself saying 'I will never ever put it back on' 'I've worked too flipping hard to get it off' 'I'll change my eating habits forever' 'I've learnt my lesson' Well I have to eat my words and everything else it seems! It's tough this dieting lark and I reckon like all other addictions something that stays a part of you forever, let your resolve falter.....and it's a slippery slope.

    So here I am struggling back up the mountain. Got Tpott and Supergran alongside to keep me on track, and I feel sure that the lovely MiniMinners will give me a cheer or a push(!) when I need it.

    Just like old times. I always thought of you, tpott and supergran as the threee musketeers. You did so well.

    We will do it again and hopefully it will be the last time.

    Morning All,

    Today is my eighth day, can you believe that I miscounted yesterday! So weigh in day today......drum roll please......

    I've lost 7lb, not as much as some on their first week but I'm very pleased.

    I must make an effort to increase my water intake as I have struggled to get enough drunk this week.

    Busy day today, have to go grocery shopping then promised I'd take DS into town. Later I have a meeting for the Youth Club I'm involved with.

    I also have grown a washing mountain. I actually think that DH is offering a laundry service, it's obviously doing well for him judging by the amount sitting in the utilty room......I cannot believe that it's all ours.......

    Wishy Washy Chinese Laundry Sevice.

    Busy day almost over, still got 2 loads of washing to get done and a bit of ironing or else everyone will be off to work/school in their PJ's!

    Been shopping and treated myself to some fizzy water, LOL! Stocked up with lots of soft food for DD who has just had her brace fitted and is really suffering, poor thing.

    Popped into town to return a game with DS, keeps sticking (Fable 2 for XBox 360, anybody else had trouble?) Bought some gorgeous cushions for my bed and a lovely candle holder to stand on the hearth, just need to get the decorating done and my bedroom will look scrummy, about time!

    Had a 4 hour meeting tonight, sorting out the Youth Club that I help to run. I'm off to spend some of the funds on some new equipment...should be fun.

    Still have one pack to eat and must get more water down. Haven't really had time to dwell on food at all. In fact I almost feel like I'm back in the CD Dieting Groove! Tomorrow of course could well be a different tale!

    Oh dear, knew I should have thrown that cake away last night! Just get back on it tomorrow June.

    Still here and still on the wagon, fell off on Wednesday; not sure why. I felt very down this week and so I suppose I turned to food to cheer me up a bit!

    Anyhow back on track now. Weigh in tomorrow, not expecting much maybe 2lb but that would be ok by me. Must give it 100% next week and must get drinking more water. Have now got some fairy dust, I find it easier to get hot flavoured water down me probably cos I'm soooooo cold.

    Reasons to get slim again - to be reviewed and added to regularly - just in case I forget why I started this journey!

    1. People show you more respect - this is wrong obviously but sadly true!

    2. To have more space inside my sleeping bag when we go camping.

    3. To eat in public without feeling people are judging me for it.

    4. To run up the stairs without getting puffed.

    5. To fit into all my lovely clothes instead of wearing the same few shapeless things that fit me now.

    6. To be able to say 'Ooh, that looks big for a 12!' without a trace of sarcasm!

    7. For my kids to feel proud of me.

    8. To be happy to have my photo taken.

    9. Not to be the only one in the Coven not to have slimmed down.

    10. To prove that CD does work.......long term!

    Week 2 Done!

    Another week over, weighed in this morning, only a 2lb loss but that's ok cos I did have a massive blip on Wednesday and a couple of minor blips other days. Feel right back into the CD groove now though so on we go.

    The girls are off to a ball in March so would be nice to have dropped a couple of stone by then. Will be lovely to have a reason to get glammed up and glittered up; Christmas was a bit drab this year as we didn't have a posh frock party to go to.

    Well done on the 2lb drop! Be proud Nikkie, because it's 4 packs of butter you have lost!
    Keep on going. We will have fun at the ball. Ok, so we may not be at goal by then but we will be a lot lighter and more confident than we are now!
