Cheese and parma ham

Hiya

I'm a sucker for Wensleydale and cranberry cheese, I could literally sit and eat a block and complain when it runs out. Does anybody know the syn value of it? Also Parma ham, I nearly bought some to wrap around a chicken fillet loaded with cottage cheese but would like to know if its syned please

I think that if you cut all the fat off the ham it would be free.

Parma ham is 2 syns per slice
Wensleydale and cranberry cheese is 4.5 syns per 25 g
