Does anyone know of a lower point cheese that still melts well?? I want to do a pasta bake this week, but the cheese on the top takes up SO many points! Low fat versions that I've tried before have never worked, because they don't melt properly.

Anyone know of one or am I trying to find something that doesn't really exist?
