Cheese sauce substitute for lasagne

I use quark with a beaten egg and some mustard powder, which are all free, then use HExA or syns for grated cheese on top.

Hi there I do:-
  • 375ml semi (1.5XheA)
  • 5tsp cornflour (5)
  • 1tsp mustard (0.5) or use powder for free
  • seasoning
  • 70g full fat mature cheddar (or 105g low fat) (2.5xheA)
it serves 4 so works out at 1heA +1.5 syn per serving and is scrummy

I just use a large pot of fat free natural yoghurt, seasoned with salt and pepper and grate cheese over the top. Hardly any effort and still tastes great!
