cheese sauce

What is the lowest syn cheese sauce(packet)? Fancy lasagne on weekend abd was going to use it instead of white sauce.

Not sure if there are any lower ones out there, but the Schwartz sachet is 7 syns (dried) and the Colman's one is 8 syns (dried).
