Cheese... *sigh*

So 15 days into the diet and I've crumbled - this afternoon I was desperate for something, so I had my last shake early, drank more water and it didn't fill the gap, so I had a big chunk of stilton cheese :break_diet:

And just now I felt the same and ate a big chunk of cheddar. *sigh* I really didn't think I'd do this, especially not so early. I wonder how much it will impact on losses :sigh::confused::cry:

i would be surprised if it made an ounce of difference to your losses chick, dont beat yourself up, you could of ate a portion of chips\1 at least cheese is protein!

learn from how your feeling now, make a diary, put goals down etc anything to fill your time, make a tick off chart for the days, whatever, just stay away from the fridge\1

you should be fine. protein choice not carb choice. any gain might be down to the salt in the cheese not proper gain. drink plenty of water.
