At the moment I avoid cheese generally but I have heard that it will be better point wise on the new plan. Can anyone tell me how many pro-points 30g of bog standard cheddar will be please?

If this post is in the wrong place my apologies, but please move it to its appropriate place.

    thanks

excuse my ignorance, I don't know what "bog" means, I'll make you an example:

cathedral city extra mature white cheddar 1 portion, 20g is 2 pp

asda good for you mature cheese slice 1 slice 20g 1pp

    hope this helps!:D

Bog standard means - average, everyday!
