Cheesecake Recipes?

Hi Ladies,

I'm looking for some yummy cheesecake recipes? can anyone help?

I make my cheesecakes using Alpen lights, quark and white Choc options.

Zap 2 Alpen lights (HEXB) in microwave for 15 secs then crush up in bottom of a dish.
Mix quark with 1 sachet of options white choc (2 Syns) and spread on top.

Absolutely yummy and tastes really naughty but only one HEXB and 2 Syns.
