That is a good idea. You could even exchange the syrup for fresh berries if there were any in the fridge :)

The kids were having syrup on their ice cream,I had an urge lol

That's genius! I absolutely love cheesecake and am always tempted to try out low fat cheesecake recipes I find, but my OH isn't really a cake lover, so unless I ate the whole thing myself it would just go to waste. And I hate seeing food go to waste! Haha.
So this is perfect for me. I'll be trying this for my puds tonight, probably with a sprinkle of Options Orange (my fave), or maybe even a sachet mixed in with the Quark? Ohh, sounds yum!
