Ok sooo Exciting stuff... NOT! lol!!


Breakfast = Strawberry shake


Lunch = Chocolate shake


Dinner = 4oz chicken breast (discovered my scales have an oz option) and the smallest breakfast bowl I could find of lettuce, peppers and onions with balsamic vinegar


Drank about 4 litres of water today, A Black coffee, and then A coffee with skimmed milk

Day two


Breakfast - Vanilla and peppermint shake

Lunch - Chicken breast cooked in the oven with Chinese 5 spice (yum yum) Lettuce, Peppers, Onions and balsamic vinegar


Dinner - Cod cooked in the oven with garlic, A tablespoon of Garden peas and a tablespoon of spinach


Had about two litres of water today, And 4 coffees with skimmed milk

My sister and my mum tried it and like it and are now going to end up eating all the fish i bought lol!!

Day 3!!


Breakfast - Chocolate shake


Lunch - 4oz of tuna, lettuce peppers and onions (couldnt finish it)


Dinner - 4 n a bit ozs of chicken breast cooked in chinese 5 spice, one peice of broccolli, and 5 green beans, 4oz potato (raw weight) Low fat fromage frais... SO stuffed and couldnt finish this either!

Had about 3 litres of water today and 2 coffees with skimmed milk and a sweetener

Day 4


Breakfast - Strawberry shake


Lunch - A wholemeal pitta with 4oz chicken cooked in chinese 5 spice, small salad bowl Lettuce, peppers, onions and 0% fat fromage frais :) put into the pitta (couldnt fit it all in and couldnt eat it all)


Dinner - 4oz spaghetti, and lean mince with onions and light dolmio sauce and added garlic powder. (this weighed 5oz) didnt eat all of this either
Took two attempts to make this as the first lot of mince I dropped all over the floor lol

about 2 n a half litres of water, 5 coffees with skimmed milk and a sweetener and one black coffee with a sweetener.


And Just had a muller light

Day 5


Breakfast - Chocolate shake


Lunch - Wholemeal pitta with tuna lettuce peppers and onions and 0% fat fromage frais (love this stuff) Didnt eat all of this.



Dinner - 100g haddock fillet, tablespoon of spinach and table spoon of petits pois. And stole adams Idea of a potato salad made with fromage frais and onions, Weighed this as 4oz onto my plate.


Snack - Toffee muller light...

About 4 coffees (1 with milk) and about 2 n a half litres of water

how you feeling about the food now? I love this new way of eating - i am really enjoying salads and fish :) My colleagues envy me for eating so healthy and enjoying it! hehehe

I am a bit of a diet bore though - i turned down concentrated juice today as its too high sugar! lol

I'm only in the very early stages but after having a gander at the refeed forum and seeing how well people are eating on refeed I want to get myself prepared. I am a vegetarian...am I going to be completely screwed on refeed or is there lots of ideas. Does the pharmacist give you something about refeed.

Hey im still feeling bad about it lol!!

You are allowed quorn products on refeed chick and yep your pharmasist should give you a booklet xx

Day 6 -

Breakfast - Vanilla shake


Lunch - Wholegrain Bagel, Tuna lettuce peppers onions and fromage frais

Snack - Vanilla muller light


Dinner - Sweet and sour chicken with soil... Sorry I mean brown rice..


3 Black coffees, Two with milk and about 2 litres of water

hehe! im only on day 3 but!
im doin well but havent messed up yet!
hopefully this is the diet for me.
being off food actually makes me want 2 eat salad and stuff when im off lipotrim totally...which im goin to have to do...or il end up in the same position again... sorry that was a random thing say!!

not at all marie!! Its true.. And Salads taste amazing when your done!!

Its hard to refeed at first... I was scared and didnt want to do it! buts its ok now :)

Glad you are finding things a little better now Chelly because you were in a bit of a panic at the start, which I suppose is natural after lipotrim. Well done hun.
