Chewing gum allowed??

Hi all

Well day 3 is complete. Is it true you can't have chewing gum on exante?? What about nicorette gum? Foolishly trying to quit smoking and diet!

Sarah, well done on quitting smoking too! A did a quick Google for "nicotine gum and ketosis" when I was quitting 2 years ago and considering a VLCD - people said it didn't affect ketosis but I'd choose a non-minty type (sorry, yuk) just to be on the safe side.

Well done soontobeslimsarah, I thought of doing both but decided to do the weight first, wish you well with it.

Thanks willow! It is hard and wish I would have started exante first but was already into a week of not smoking so thought I may as well try and do both.
