Chia seeds and linseed

Bought some of these from Holland and Barratt yesterday - just got to find what to do with them now, lol.

Any ideas anyone?

I use linseed to make a ready brek type hot cereal for breakfast. Add a bit of cocoa and Splenda, boiling water and top with double cream. Low carb and filling, not a bad alternative to cereal.

Sue there's lots of flax (or linseed) recipes on the Recipes sticky - you can make Mims (muffins in a minute), bread and so on
