out of the two, whic one is the healthier?...i think its chicken, would anyone like to confirm?

i want to cut down on my chicken and chips, so i think the best thing to do would be to just eat the fried chicken.

just finding it very dificult to fit the cardio in at the moment, so i have to take some steps with my diet.

I'm not an expert, but I think if you're talking regular fried chicken and your average fried chips, the chicken may have the nutritional edge, simply because at least you're getting some protein to help you feel fuller for longer. More satisfying, I think.

But how about a grilled chicken breast teamed with some oven chips and a bit of healthy homemade coleslaw, or even baked beans on the side? Is having your cake (or chicken in this case) and eating it too an option? :)

The chicken, especially if you don't eat the skin and coating (eek, I can't stand chicken skin).
