Chicken and Winter Vegetable Stew

4 oz chicken
1 carrot peeled and diced
1/4 small sweded peeled and diced
1 slice of butternut squash peeled and diced
1 medium beetroot peeled and diced
1 cup of veg or chicken stock or water
2tbsp Morrissons mixed spices
salt

Dry fry chicken and vegetables. Add spices and salt continue to fry for further minute. Add stock, bring to boil and simmer until cooked and liquid evaporated (but moist). Put in a dish, top with 30gr cheese and put under grill. Serve with baked sweet potatoes, sprouts and broad beans or any vegetable you fancy.
