chicken as a healthy extra

    Hello. I am starting slimming world next week but I'm trying to plan my shopping so I have the right food in.

    Can I have chicken or ham for a healthy extra on a green day? If so how much? How much potato can I have as a healthy extra on a red day?

    I think (don't have my book with me) it's 113g chicken and 85g ham on a green day and 198g new pots (in skins) or 227g jacket potato on a red day.
